  The Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst Reports to the Manager of HRIS.

• Vice President, Accounting and Reporting (Finance/Accounting)

  An amazing VP of Accounting & Reporting opportunity located in the beautiful San Bernardino region, responsible for overseeing the enterprise accounting and audit functions, financial reporting, general ledger, revenue & cage audit, fixed assets, and accounts receivable!

  Under the direction of the Senior Vice President, Accounting, the Vice President, Accounting and Reporting (VP Accounting and Reporting), assists in overseeing the enterprise accounting and audit functions, including financial reporting, general ledger, revenue and cage audit, fixed assets, and accounts receivable, as well as partners with the accounts payable and payroll functions as appropriate. The VP Accounting and Reporting also is a steward for the enterprise’s internal financial controls and collaborates with other enterprise financial and operational functions. This position supports strategic initiatives for the accounting and auditing teams, assists with supporting budget and forecasting needs, and supports the enterprise-wide Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AML Act) compliance.

• Information Security Analyst (Technology/IT)

  Under the direction of the Manager, Information Security Operations, the Security Analyst I supports efforts to ensure that information assets are adequately protected and proper security controls are in place for all current and future IT and Information Security systems. Champions a security mindset to all enterprise team members and recognizes the value of standards, policy and procedures, operational effectiveness, and high availability. This role supports incident response activities and post-incident actions.

• Senior Manager Financial Reporting (Finance/Accounting)

  Reporting directly to the VP, Accounting and Reporting, the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting manages the accounting process and corresponding transactions necessary for the maintenance of proper books of accounts and reporting for the tribal enterprise and its related entities. Such accounting and reporting must be in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), as it relates to government accounting (Government Accounting Standards Board or GASB). This position has a thorough understanding of accounting principles and application and must stay up –to date on new accounting pronouncements and maintain accounting processes and procedures to ensure accurate, timely, and relevant financial accounting. This position is responsible for managing the financial reporting team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely manner. The Senior Manager, Financial Reporting adheres to tight deadlines and ensures completion for a multitude of accounting activities including consolidation reporting, reconciliations, year-end audits, and grant audits in compliance with policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of internal financial controls.

• VP Legal Compliance (Executive/Corporate)

  Under the direction of the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, the Vice President (VP), Legal Compliance, works in tandem with senior leaders to provide strategic direction and solution-oriented leadership in the development and execution of a coordinated ethics and risk-based legal compliance program. The VP is a principled and dynamic thought leader who propels the enterprise forward as a front-runner in the application and oversight of legal compliance standards.

• Procurement Specialist (Operations)

  1. Reviews and processes purchase orders and requisitions for goods and services. Processes all procurement transactions in compliance with established laws, ordinances, policies and ethical principles.2. Collaborates with internal departments to understand each department’s procurement needs and provide support.                                                                                                                 3. Sources and evaluates suppliers, negotiates pricing, and monitor supplier performance4. Assist end users with the development of specifications to ensure product and service needs are well-defined and regularly used items are accurately and correctly maintained in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system catalogs.  5. Identifies and realizes cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities without compromising supply assurance or quality.6. Arranges and conducts job walks, pre-bid or proposal conferences, vendor demonstrations and/or interviews for products or services.  Prepare bid summarizations and make recommendations to upper management.7. Resolves any issues or discrepancies related to procurement processes.8. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.

• Procurement Manager (Operations)

  Under the direction of the Director of Procurement, the Procurement Manager is responsible for the daily operations, ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of goods and services, including Food and Beverage categories, for the enterprise. Ensures that departmental performance and metrics are established to support all business initiatives. Enables effective stakeholder collaboration with other business units and vendors to achieve best in class procurement functions by supporting sourcing initiatives, leveraging procurement best practices and strategies to ensure effective implementation and execution. Champions the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribes vision, mission and values.

• Senior People Partner, Human Resources (Human Resources)

  Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Senior People Partner will provide exceptional customer support to all levels of the enterprise workforce in support of the Tribe’s vision, mission, and values. Plays a critical role on the Human Resources (HR) team to drive performance that aligns with the enterprise’s human capital strategy and will serve in an operational lead capacity, providing guidance to the People Partners on employee life cycle matters, employee retention and engagement, organizational design and workforce planning, employee and labor relations, and core management issues. This role will work in harmony and collaboration with internal HR stakeholders and stakeholders throughout the enterprise to drive a best-in-class team member experience.Promotes a culture of accountability, lead others in adopting a coaching and development mindset while consistently role modeling behaviors that will reinforce the Enterprise’s brand as the premier employer of choice. This role will require a “hands on” approach, one that understands that effective department, leader, and employee partnerships begin with building relationships as well as by being approachable and accessible to their clients.Working independently, as well as with a team, this role will provide accurate and timely HR information to HR leadership and executive and operational leaders ensuring priorities are aligned with objectives, work cultures, legal requirements and HR programs/policies. • Senior Auditor (Finance/Accounting)

  Reporting to the Manager, Audit Gaming Commission, the Senior Auditor, Gaming Commission leads the planning and execution of complex financial, operational, compliance, and fraud audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies independently or leading a team. Utilizing advanced data analysis techniques, this role executes continuous monitoring reviews and embeds efficient audit techniques into audit processes. The role also involves assessing internal controls through interviews and testing, leading discussions with all levels of management across the organization on audit findings and suggesting business improvements to assist the business with managing risk.

• Reservation Asset Protection Specialist (Security)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor, Reservation Asset Protection, the Reservation Asset Protection Specialist is responsible for monitoring the security and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) security systems of the Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation Reservation and any additional Tribal buildings, as assigned. This position serves the Tribe by continuously observing, reporting, recording, and documenting all unusual and suspicious occurrences or deviations that occur.The Reservation Asset Protection Specialist exhibits a Tribe First mentality and aligns themselves with the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribe’s vision, mission and values.

• EMT (Security)

  Under supervision from the Supervisor, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) responds to emergency and non-emergency calls in and around the Casino and delivers high quality patient care and customer service within the prescribed scope of practice, established protocols, and company policies.

• Compliance Technician II (Regulatory Compliance)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor, Gaming Technical, the Compliance Technician II decisively troubleshoots and repairs complex issues to protect game integrity while coordinating regulatory actions and leading technical projects.

• IT Field Support Analyst (Technology/IT)

  Under the direction of the Supervisor, Operations – Information Technology (IT), the Field Support Analyst I providing support for all endpoint technology issues including computer troubleshooting and repair, software installation and configuration, and other user facing issues. Technical aptitude and customer service are key traits for the Field Support Analyst I.

• Reservation Asset Protection Supervisor (Surveillance)

  Under the direction of the Reservation Security Lieutenant, the Supervisor, Reservation Asset Protection is responsible for overseeing and leading the Reservation Asset Protection team whose function is to ensure the reservation’s physical security through CCTV/Surveillance operations. This role implements policies and procedures for the Reservation Asset Protection Team. Ensures compliance with Tribal ordinances, federal and state laws. Additionally, reports improper activity or disturbances to management and the Department of Public Safety (DPS). Ensures the safety of the Tribal Community, guests, and visitors to the San Manuel Reservation. The Supervisor, Reservation Asset Protection commands an eye for detail, a high level of responsiveness, and a commitment to service.
