The primary role of this position is as a Security Officer. The Security/EMT Officer is responsible for the safety of the guests, employees and visitors, and the security and control of the casino’s property and its assets. The Officer will also provide EMT support for any medical emergencies that may occur and provide initial response for all medical incidents.

The Hotel House Attendant performs an array of tasks that make guests feel welcome and important, most notably by maintaining clean corridors, delivering guest request items and restocking supplies/equipment.
The Surveillance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, administratively directing, coordinating, monitoring and implementing all activities within the Surveillance Department. Ensures all rules are upheld on assigned shift.
The Soft Count Attendant must be knowledgeable in all aspects of the gaming operation and is responsible for adequately and accurately handling currency transactions. Must be competent, dependable, and trustworthy.

EVS Attendant II is responsible for the upkeep, cleaning and detailing of the gaming complex to include floors, ceilings, machines, bathrooms and offices located at the casino. EVS personnel will produce the highest quality of cleanliness in all areas following established procedures.
The Grounds Technician II performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures as directed on grounds, turf grass, pavements, walkways, amphitheater, ponds, swimming pools and fountains.
The Revenue Audit Clerk performs numerous gaming and nongaming related audit and financial reporting functions, including preparation of journal entries, verification of system reporting functions, and recording financial information by entering data into the computer, calculating and summarizing numbers, and drafting and reviewing financial documents for proper completion. Observes and checks inventory counts, maintains compliance with gaming regulations and completes other tasks as assigned by Revenue Audit Supervisor or above.
EVS Attendant I is responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of the gaming complex to include machines, bathrooms and offices located at the casino. EVS personnel will produce the highest quality of cleanliness in all areas following established procedures.
The IT Technician I assists other IT team members in providing technical and end user support on the following application systems: Gaming, Point of Sale, Property Management, Financial Applications, and other installed application systems. Maintain a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Windows XP/7, and other applications as designated. Make help desk calls to customers.
Under general direction from the Training Manager, (Supervisor) coordinates all training records, class enrollments, generates certificates, orders supplies and maintains Great Plains entry. Supports the Training Team as needed in the development of curriculum, workbooks, multimedia visual aids, refresher training, etc. Facilitates New Hire Orientation and all brand training as needed. Works with managers and staff to ensure completion and effectiveness of development to ensure alignment with business and tribal development strategies. This position is responsible for conducting auditions and tracking progress. Auditions will consist of role-plays using prepared scenarios. The Talent Screening Specialist serves as the first point of contact for the candidate. Potential candidates will be required to successfully complete and pass the audition in order to be considered for all Front-of House positions.

The Security Supervisor supervises the team of Security Officers. The Security Supervisors are responsible for the security functions for the property to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees.
The Massage Therapist performs professional body massage and treatments. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the body, have excellent massage techniques, possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train with the spa specific treatment protocols.
The Spa Attendant is responsible for greeting all guests, answering calls, assisting with guest inquiries, booking appointments, checking guests in for their scheduled services, appropriately billing for services received and completing the payment transaction, and cross-selling retail products. Duties will also include giving tours of the facility, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, ensuring appointments begin and end as scheduled, assisting guests inside the spa, serving refreshments, and continuous stocking and preparation for guest needs on the male side of the spa.

The Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendant play a critical role in the overall guest experience by preparing guestrooms that are clean, comfortable, well maintained and serviced according to company specifications.

The Bartender shall mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to customers seated at Gaming Machines or bar areas throughout the gaming facilities
Front Services Runners play a vital role in making guests feel welcome and important by ensuring that their cars are parked and retrieved with friendly, courteous and expedient service. Runners are also responsible for handling the guest’s luggage, ensuring that guests are comfortable and satisfied in their room upon arrival.

The EVS Supervisor makes guests feel welcome and important by ensuring that the casino and common areas are clean, comfortable and well maintained.

The focus of a Security Officer I is to approach and check identification of any person seeking to enter a Wind Creek Hospitality facility who appears to be under the age of 30 years. The Security Officer I walks the gaming floor and other areas on property. May transport guests in company vehicles. The Security Officer I is responsible for the security and safety of guests, team members and visitors. The Security Officer I is also responsible for the security and safeguarding of the casino’s property and assets. When posted at doors, acts as “first point of contact” with guests, greeting them as they enter the casino. This position involves a high level of guest contact and customer service.
The Prep Cook is responsible for the timely preparation of all cold prep items including but not limited to: salad and sandwich dressings, dipping sauces, marinations, canapés, hors d’oeuvres, buffet displays and knowledge of banquets salad and dessert presentation. Assembles food onto plates according to written specifications, adhering to quality standards. Exercises proper handling of food items and maintain an organized work area including all refrigeration and storage areas.
The Line Cook is responsible for the timely preparation of food items for customers according to written or printed orders. Sets up line cooking stations. Prepares menu items at proper cook stations including pantry, grill, broiler, sauté, and garde manger. Assembles food onto dishes according to written specifications, adhering to quality standards. Exercises proper handling of food items, maintain an organized work area, and maintains order in all refrigeration and storage areas.

The Attendant provides excellent service by taking and serving food and beverage orders to customers. The Attendant processes food and beverage transactions using cash, comps, coupons, and credit cards.
The Kitchen Worker is responsible for cleaning the plate ware, glassware, cooking equipment and utensils involved with the food production and operation of the restaurant program. The Kitchen Worker also assists with the preparation of food products a directed by the Culinary Team leadership.
