Banquet House Attendant
(Catering/Banquet)
The Banquet House Attendant is responsible for the physical set-up and turnovers of all banquet events. They will follow specific Banquet Event Orders to ensure accuracy for the set-up. The Banquet House Attendant will maintain the cleanliness and eye appeal of the banquet space. They will assist in maintaining the AAA Four Diamond Standards. The Banquet House Attendant will always conduct their selves in a manner which supports the guiding principles of our expectation guide. They are responsible for the execution of the directives formulated by the Banquet Manager to achieve maximum operating results and obtain guest satisfaction.

Grounds Tech Applicator
(Engineering/Maintenance)
Reporting to, and at the general direction of the Grounds Manager, Employee in this position is specialized in the management of subsurface moisture throughout the Property, and in the identification and management of all pests deemed harmful to the thriving of all plant materials on such Property.

Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor supervises the team of Security Officers. The Security Supervisors are responsible for the security functions for the property to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees.

F&B Supervisor

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for effective use of all assigned restaurant and/or beverage personnel to achieve maximum operating results, revenue enhancements and tracking, and cost of goods control. Ensures that guest’s service needs in the restaurant and beverage areas are identified and implements programs designed to ensure proper guest service. Provides leadership and direction for assigned employees in the restaurant/beverage areas and supports all Casino initiatives throughout the property.

The Attendant provides excellent service by taking and serving food and beverage orders to customers. The Attendant processes food and beverage transactions using cash, comps, coupons, and credit cards.

Grounds Tech I

The Grounds Technician I performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures as directed on grounds, turf grass, pavements, walkways, amphitheater, ponds, swimming pools and fountains. This is an entry level position.

Food Hall Line Cook
(Chefs/Kitchen)
The Line Cook is responsible for the timely preparation of food items for customers according to written or printed orders. Sets up line cooking stations. Prepares menu items at proper cook stations including pantry, grill, broiler, sauté, and garde manger. Assembles food onto dishes according to written specifications, adhering to quality standards. Exercises proper handling of food items, maintain an organized work area, and maintains order in all refrigeration and storage areas.

Spa Attendant
(Spa)
The Spa Attendant is responsible for greeting all guests, answering calls, assisting with guest inquiries, booking appointments, checking guests in for their scheduled services, appropriately billing for services received and completing the payment transaction, and cross-selling retail products. Duties will also include giving tours of the facility, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, ensuring appointments begin and end as scheduled, assisting guests inside the spa, serving refreshments, and continuous stocking and preparation for guest needs on the female side of the spa.

Teleservices Agent II
(Guest Services)
Within Wind Creek, the Teleservices Agent II is the first point of contact and sets the tone for all guest experiences. The Teleservices Agent II works in a digital omni channel environment answering multiple forms of communication including inbound and outbound calls, SMS messages, chat messages and emails for all Wind Creek properties. The Teleservices Agent II utilizes multiple systems to provide information to callers. Agents will also identify and take action for any opportunities to sell and book reservations at the Wind Creek properties. These individuals actively promote the properties and amenities on each call to leave the caller with as much information about Wind Creek Hospitality as possible. The Teleservices Agent II is also responsible for all Spa, Special Events and Host reservations. These individuals work with each property’s marketing teams to secure VIP reservations with elevated amenities as requested. The Teleservices Agent II must be able to proactively problem solve and look at alternative solutions to fulfill all guest needs.

Security Officer I

The focus of a Security Officer I is to approach and check identification of any person seeking to enter a Wind Creek Hospitality facility who appears to be under the age of 30 years. The Security Officer I walks the gaming floor and other areas on property. May transport guests in company vehicles. The Security Officer I is responsible for the security and safety of guests, team members and visitors. The Security Officer I is also responsible for the security and safeguarding of the casino’s property and assets. When posted at doors, acts as “first point of contact” with guests, greeting them as they enter the casino. This position involves a high level of guest contact and customer service.
