  This position is responsible for overseeing all areas of the Casino Operation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and tribal law and regulations. • Planning & Financial Analyst II - Travel Center Operations (Finance/Accounting)

  This position is responsible for supporting strategic and operational decision making across the retail and fuel business by delivering insightful financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting with a focus on fuel and merchandise sales performance, margin trends, operational costs, and other key metrics across multiple retail sites. The Analyst collaborates closely with operations, accounting, pricing, and procurement teams to identify performance drivers and recommend actions that improve profitability and efficiency.   This position is responsible for maintaining and managing the pricing and item set up for all merchandise sold at the Travel Center. This includes receiving and entering new items into the system, managing vendor price files, ensuring price accuracy, maintaining promotional pricing, and monitoring inventory levels. The role supports store operations by ensuring accurate data in the back-office system and helping maintain product integrity and profitability.   This position is responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking sauces, meats, vegetables, and other foodstuffs in a restaurant using standardized recipes.  Serve prepared food using appropriate plates, cups, pans, bowls and trays to maintain customer appeal.  Clean and sanitize workstation making sure everything is properly covered, labeled, dated and rotated, to ensure service of quality and healthy food.
