Working under the oversight of the Ponca Gaming Enterprise Board of Directors, the General Manager directs, plans, and implements the objectives of the casino business by actively maximizing revenues and corresponding net income before distributions using exceptional leadership skills while ensuring fair and equitable application of policies and procedures. This role is responsible for all administration functions, overseeing key gaming and executive level personnel, and the daily operations of Prairie Flower Casino including community relation activities.
