Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46,100 – $62,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

• Build and maintain relationships with local non-profits, networking through events, outreach, and cold calls to promote fundraising opportunities at Lambeau Field and Titletown 
• Coordinate group recruitment and onboarding, leading stadium tours, presenting opportunities, verifying eligibility, and managing contracts in alignment with legal guidelines 
• Develop marketing materials and outreach strategies to attract new fundraising partners and fill staffing needs for events 
• Oversee event staffing logistics, ensuring adequate group coverage, managing check-in/check-out, and supporting new groups during their first events 
• Supervise the Non-Profit Organization Coordinator, managing scheduling, payroll, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching to support departmental growth
