Position Summary:The Slot Performance Manager is a key role responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive and detailed slot strategy roadmap. Additional responsibilities include:*Leveraging slot trends, performance, labor and P&L analysis reports*Overseeing the performance applications of the Slot department*Providing strategic recommendations and roadmaps aligned with the vision of the Executive leadership. With a primary focus on maximizing revenue for the property, the Slot Performance Manager will actively and continuously refine the slot strategy and budgets to drive exceptional results.
