The successful candidate will be asked to shoot edit and publish videography to be utilized on a variety of digital platforms; shoot, edit and publish high-quality photography to be utilized on a variety of digital and print platforms. Storytelling skills and an ability to complete tasks on deadline while working in collaboration with a talented team will be essential. The candidate also will participate in creating a long-term strategic communication plan enlisting multimedia content and multiple communication channels, particularly related to web and social media, with the intent of engaging audiences across multiple demographic backgrounds. The candidate must show a talent for quality photography and videography; have a strong understanding of social marketing; and have experience with digital and broadcast quality video shooting, lighting, audio, and editing techniques. Also required are a strong working knowledge of professional digital photo and video equipment ' licensed drone experience a plus ' and experience and proficiency with photo and video editing products such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with an understanding of marketing and advertising strategy are encouraged as is a willingness to work as a member of a team, independently work under tight deadlines, and assume responsibility for accurate completion of assignments.

The Graphic Designer will play a critical role in aligning the look, tone, messaging and feel of all communications from Fantasy Springs and the Cabazon Band of Cahuilla Indians. Reporting directly to the Director of Advertising, the scope of duties will include production work, resizing and modifying current artwork, as well as creating new designs across all media platforms.
