Casino Host / Hostess Player Development

The role of a Casino Host/Hostess is vital in ensuring the success of the Player Development Team and the overall operational success of the Casino Marketing Team. They are the first point of contact for casino players on the casino floor, both coded and non-coded. Their responsibilities include greeting and registering new casino players in the HCG Players Loyalty Program, assisting with player requests, and ensuring that all players have a fun and memorable experience every time they visit Ho-Chunk Gaming properties. The Casino Host/Hostess is also responsible for enhancing brand loyalty, increasing player frequency of visits, length of play, and consumption spending in both gaming and non-gaming revenue-generating offers. They may also assist the Casino Marketing Department in promotions and special events.
