Additional duties include responsible for handling of cash and credit transactions, selling of gift shop items and maintaining accurate guest information. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager. Starts at $19.86/hr and increases to $20.96/hr at successful completion of 90-day orientation period.
As Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for all Emerald Queen properties, including Guest Services, Players Club, and Hotel operations. You’ll lead the Marketing Department, manage budgets, and guide a skilled team, using research and analytics to drive profit and revenue growth. Your role involves crafting marketing plans, utilizing diverse media channels, and ensuring effective strategy implementation. You’ll optimize our player tracking system, analyze market data, negotiate media solutions, and maintain key client and agency relationships. Regularly reporting to the executive team, you’ll drive growth and promote our casino, hotel, and banquet services.
Join our dynamic team as a Banquet Captain, where you will lead and guide restaurant staff in executing exceptional events. Your role includes training staff, assisting with evaluations, and ensuring flawless event setup, service, and tear-down. You'll oversee food and beverage presentation, manage communications, address guest concerns, and handle invoicing and payments. Additionally, you'll inventory and manage banquet equipment, attend meetings, and support restaurant management duties. The Retail Associate plays a key role in providing an exceptional retail and box office experience for casino guests. This position is responsible for maintaining a neat and organized retail environment, managing inventory, restocking products, and utilizing a POS system to accurately process transactions. The Retail Associate assists customers by providing product information, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues, escalating concerns when necessary. Additionally, this role provides accurate information about property details, casino promotions, and events. With strong communication skills, the ability to handle cash transactions, and attention to detail, the Retail Associate ensures a seamless guest experience while maintaining accurate inventory records and cash reconciliations. The Guest Service Representative greets visitors, answers and directs phone calls in a professional manner while providing administrative support as needed. Additional duties include promoting good guest service, acting as a point of contact for incoming visitors, responding to telephone inquiries and resolving called issues and concerns. Notifies appropriate departments and escalates situations as needed. Receives, sorts and distributes department mail, performs administrative work as needed and answers property inquiries to guests. Performs additional job duties as assigned for the department manager.
The Extra Board Barback assists bartending staff while performing barback duties. Duties include providing superior guest service while interacting with guests on the casino floor, provideing relief assistance to bar staff when needed, stocking beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice and dry goods and assisting with keeping the bar area clean and presentable at all times. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.
The Extra Board (on-call) Deli Attendant is responsible for providing superior guest service to casino guests while performing duties at the deli counter. Duties include serving hot and cold beverages, preparing and serving food, handling inventory, stocking counters, display coolers, sandwich bar and steam table neatly and according to holding requirements. Keeps all display equipment neat, clean and free of debris during business hours while maintaining the cleanliness of the deli area as needed. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager. Starting wage is $16.53/hr increasing to $17.10/hr at successful completion of 90-day orientation period.
The Facilities Worker is responsible for providing superior guest service to patrons of the casino by keeping the interior and exterior of the casino clean and presentable during business hours. Duties include emptying trash cans, cleaning and maintaining the restroom facilities, replenishing items such as tissue and hand soap, sweeping and mopping and wiping down casino gaming machines. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by department manager. Starting wage is $16.81/hr, increasing to $17.39/hr at successful completion of 90 days.
