The Cage Cashier I is responsible for performing entry level cage cashiering in a casino environment. Duties include receiving and exchanging cash, checks and gaming chips from patrons, handles and processes department fills, credits and bank reimbursements and transactions. Prepares cash drawer reconciliation and accounting records, counts and maintains department tokes, maintains records for accuracy, receives, verifies and drops all department revenue, verifies and records fills and credits utilizing CTL's, ensures ticket redemption machines are maintained and in proper working orders while ensuring they have the appropriate currency and coin levels, receives cash revenues from count rooms and prepares daily deposits. Provides superior guest service to and internal personnel and patrons of the casino. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager. Starting wage is $21.52/hr plus tips increasing to $22.06/hr plus tips at successful completion of 90-day orientation period.
The purpose of the TL Tech Level I is to service, maintain, repair, and or perform modifications to the computerized and related components of the Tribal Lottery electronic gaming machines.
The Table Games Dealer is responsible for providing superior guest service to patrons of our casino while dealing various table games. Duties include welcoming guests to the table, handling buy-ins and payoff transactions and dealing assigned table games while adhering to the established department policies and procedures. The Employee Dining Server is responsible for providing internal guest service to employees of the casino. Keeps all display equipment neat, clean and free of debris during business hours while maintaining the cleanliness of the deli area as needed. The Extra Board Hostess/Cashier is responsible for greeting guests as they enter the casino restaurants while providing exceptional guest service. Additional duties include maintaining reservations, assigning tables to service staff, calculating daily receipts, finding suitable seating for guests and keeping the hostess area stocked and cleaned at all time. The Extra Board Barback assists bartending staff while performing barback duties. Duties include providing superior guest service while interacting with guests on the casino floor, provideing relief assistance to bar staff when needed, stocking beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice and dry goods and assisting with keeping the bar area clean and presentable at all times. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.
