• Benefits Specialist (Human Resources)

  Under direct supervision of the Benefits Manager, performs a variety of routine and complex administrative, technical and professional work in analyzing and administering benefit programs while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Serves as a resource, subject matter expert and day-to-day administrator of team member and vendor issues associated with Enterprise health & welfare programs, as well as the 401k Retirement Program and all Leave of Absence programs. Provides advice and guidance to team members on team member benefits and assists in the design and review of benefit programs and procedures, and leave plans. 

• Environmental Services Floor Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Under direct supervision of the Environmental Services Supervisor, cleans and maintains all internal and external carpet and hard surface floor areas: Concrete, stained concrete, tile or terrazzo.

• Environmental Services Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  Under general direction of Environmental Services Shift Manager, supervises the daily activities of Environmental Services, including personnel assignments, training and management, quality assurance, problem resolution, and inventory control. 

• Floor Host (Sales & Marketing)

  Under direct supervision of the Executive Casino Host & Executive Casino Host (Latin Market), is responsible for developing and delivering an environment that creates excitement for internal and external guests, promoting and coordinating programs, activities and special events to attract mid-level and high limit guests, as well as develop and establish relationships with guests and encourage property loyalty, repeat visits, all while exhibiting the Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprises (TOGE) Core Values of delivering outstanding guest service and guest satisfaction.

• Food & Beverage Assistant Manager (Food & Beverage)

  Under direct supervision of the Food Court Manager, Bar Manager, or Restaurant Manager (based on assigned venue), oversees operations for the Food & Beverage operations and maintains professional, efficient and courteous Food and Beverage operations; by greeting guests and team members, establishing a rapport with them, and giving them outstanding service and training in a professional and timely manner. Works in tandem with culinary staff to exceed guest’s expectations. Must have extensive knowledge of Title 4 (Arizona liquor law). Works efficiently in a team based environment and must follow Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) alcohol training as well as all TOGE internal controls, consistently.

• Food & Beverage Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

  Under direct supervision of the Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, maintains professional, efficient and courteous Food and Beverage operations; by greeting guests and team members, establishing a rapport with them, and giving them outstanding service and training in a professional and timely manner. Works in tandem with culinary staff to exceed guest’s expectations. Follows, understands and consistently enforces Title 4 (Arizona Liquor law), and Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) internal controls. 

• Kitchen Service Tech (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Under direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, ensures efficient operation, general maintenance, preventive maintenance, service, and repair of commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration and equipment.

• Lead Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under direct supervision of the Assistant Sous Chef, prepares food items according to the production sheet for the assigned area. Delegating task/jobs to cooks, firm understanding of menus or prep sheets, advanced knowledge of basic culinary techniques and methods.

• Maintenance Supervisor (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Under direct supervision of the Facilities Manager, responsible for supervising the overall repair, renovation and maintenance of Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise facilities and grounds.

• Maintenance Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Under direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, performs preventive maintenance, repair, and renovation on facilities and grounds.

• Players Club Shift Supervisor (Sales & Marketing)

  Under direct supervision of the Players Club Manager, oversees the shift operations of the Player’s Club. Players Club Shift Supervisor, elevates the level of guest service for the casino by raising the level of awareness for all specials, promotions, assisting guests in the Rewards Center and/or any other area designated by Players Club Manager or Director of Casino Marketing.

• Slot Director (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Under direct supervision of the General Manager, the Slot Director is responsible for the strategic planning and leadership of all aspects of Slot operations with a primary focus on maximizing slot machines revenue and increasing guest satisfaction.

• Slot Electronics Bench Tech (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Under direct supervision of the Slot Tech Supervisor, the Slot Electronics Bench Technician will troubleshoot, repair and maintain slot machines, components and related parts, assemblies and sub-assemblies for the Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE)

• Slot Parts Coordinator (Slots/Electronic Games)

  Under direct supervision of the Slot Technical Manager, coordinates all Slot parts inventory with vendor relationships for the Slot Department.

• Accounts Payable Clerk (Finance/Accounting)

  Under supervision of the Accounts Payable Supervisor, responsible for day to day full cycle accounts payable transactions to ensure accurate and timely payment processing  Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
