Works in tandem with culinary staff to exceed guest’s expectations. Must have extensive knowledge of Title 4 (Arizona liquor law). Works efficiently in a team based environment and must follow Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) alcohol training as well as all TOGE internal controls, consistently.

Under direct supervision of the Executive Sous Chef, is responsible for all aspects of the culinary operations of the food court. Works to continually improve guest and team member satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. Is responsible for overseeing all food court kitchen areas to ensure that a consistent, high quality product is produced. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Works with Food Court manager to ensure a high quality dining experience for all guests. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved. Areas of responsibility comprise overseeing all food preparation, food service and support areas as applicable. Must have extensive knowledge of Title 4 (Arizona liquor law).
