Additional tasks include system maintenance, documentation, AV sales support and requirements requested by guests or directed by management.

Position Summary:
Under direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, ensures efficient operation, general maintenance, preventive maintenance, service, and repair of commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration and equipment.This list of duties and responsibilities is illustrative only of the tasks performed by this position and is not all-inclusive.

•Schedules monthly preventive maintenance inspections on all commercial kitchen equipment and appliances.
•Performs service and mechanical repairs on all commercial kitchen equipment and appliances; perform all repairs, maintenance replacement of parts for preventive maintenance schedule and accurately records all pertinent data.
•Continually assess the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure equipment longevity, avoidance of repairs and decrease of operation.
•Coordinates all activities and repairs with supervisory personnel, installs new equipment and systems as directed.
•Makes all necessary repairs to maintain the property operations; responds to repair orders promptly and efficiently to avoid service disruption.
•Maintains service and repair of refrigeration units, walk-in refrigerators and freezers.
•Contacts and coordinates work with outside vendors.
•Performs maintenance, servicing, remodeling, troubleshooting and repair tasks; examines various electrical systems and makes recommendations for new equipment, repairs and modifications.
•Ensures proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment, tools, materials, and vehicles utilized per work site, ensures adherence to principles and practices of safe use and operation of equipment, tools, materials, and vehicles.
•Observes safety rules, and ensures and maintains a safe and clean environment.
•Oversees and participates in clean up and work site restoration activities.
•Responds to and takes appropriate actions in the event of emergency or critical incidents, i.e., fires, flooding or other emergencies.
•Installs and maintains kitchen equipment, grease pits, and special equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED preferred plus two (2) years experience repairing and servicing a variety of commercial kitchen equipment. Must have or obtain an EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) 608 certification within 6 months of employment; Familiar with a Computerized Maintenance Management System. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be insurable for driving. Must be 18 years of age or older. No felony, theft, assault or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain a gaming license and to include the following:Knowledge, Abilities, Skills, and Certifications:

Under direct supervision of the Executive Casino Host and Executive Casino Host (Latin Market), the Casino Host is responsible for developing and delivering an environment that creates excitement for internal and external guests, promoting and coordinating programs, activities and special events to attract mid-level and high limit guests, as well as develop and establish relationships with guests and encourage property loyalty, repeat visits, all while exhibiting the Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprises (TOGE) Core Values of delivering outstanding guest service and guest satisfaction.
Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Sous Chef. This position entails using a wide array of cooking techniques to prepare food for enterprise guests, basic skill in meat and fish butchery, basic knowledge of preparation of stocks and sauces, placing stock in proper storage areas, cleaning and maintaining work areas and kitchens, and overall production for all Food & Beverage venues.

•Cooks and prepares a variety of foods, quantities, styles, according to the menu and demand of the business.
•Uses and or learns proper knife skills, cooking techniques, cooking methods and terminology.

•Understands and follows through with all assigned tasks.

•Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and sanitized work area all while following all tribal, city, state and federal health/food safety regulations and codes.
•Responsible for making sure that all areas of their assigned venue/outlet/kitchen are taken care of and all assigned duties are completed.
•Ensuring that all venues are completely ready to open by designated time set by management.
•Responsible for all food/storage areas (refrigeration, freezer, and dry storage) are kept clean, organized, labeled and dated.
•Responsible for all equipment, tools, floors, work stations and food prep areas are kept clean and organized; as well as free from all clutter, trash and non-approved items.

Education and Experience:
High school degree or GED preferred. 1 year of recent experience as a cook or as a prep cook; or equivalent combination of recent experience and education. Must be 18 years of age or older. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain a gaming license and to include the following:

While performing the duties of this job, the team member will be required to stand for extended periods of time sometimes in the same place. Under direct supervision of the Drop Count Manager, oversees Supervisors, and Drop Count Team Members. Ensures compliance with internal controls and monitors and verifies accuracy of process documentation. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Under direct supervision of the Advertising Manager, negotiates and executes all media and advertising contracts including print, radio, and television. Closely coordinates charitable activities with other media exposure vehicles. Develops and builds relationships with media/advertising contacts.
Under general direction of the Cage Manager, is responsible for Cage operations. Assists with achieving accurate accounting of activities within Cage operations such as cash movement to and from the cage, maintaining cash inventories for the casinos, documenting transactions within the cage and adhering to all applicable regulations.
Under the direct supervision of the Slot Shift Manager, this position is responsible for the day-to-day slot operations on an assigned shift. Must be able to demonstrate leadership by example on a daily basis and actively promote enterprise events to our guests.
