Provides on-the-floor supervision of housekeeping team, issues supplies and equipment, and plans work assignments for the shift.
Ensure the safety and security of Team Members and guests. Supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.
Responsible for removing all tableware from dining room to kitchen, and ensuring all items are clean and presentable.
Manages the flow of finished product from the kitchen to the guest
Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence are paramount.
Responsible for supervising the daily operation of Cage and Player Services.
Correctly uses broil station to prepare all proteins to specified temperatures in conjunction with seasoning standards.
Assists with the setup and breakdown of bar side work and related projects.
The Surveillance Operator is responsible for observing all operational gaming and surrounding areas to report procedural infractions and criminal activity to the appropriate person/department.
The Front Desk Agent registers and assigns rooms, issue room keys, transmit and receive messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests’ accounts, presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests, making and confirming reservations, answering PBX calls and connecting callers to the appropriate extension, collecting guest player club information while making marketing room reservations.
Greets on arrival and regards on departure to Guests visiting in a warm and inviting manner.
Responsible for leading the daily operation of Cage and Player
Responsible for accurate balancing and oversight of gaming facility funds.
