Jamul Indian Village
The Jamul Indian Village of California, located in Jamul, CA, is one of 13 bands of the Kumeyaay Nation federally recognized as a Sovereign Nation, which can be traced back 12,000 years, with first European contact occurring in San Diego Bay in 1524.
The Jamul Indian Village Tribal Gaming Commission (“JIVTGC”) was created by tribal ordinance as the primary regulator of Hollywood Casino Jamul-San Diego, providing for the licensing and regulation of gaming within tribal jurisdiction.
Together with our developer, lender, and manager of the casino, Penn National Gaming, Hollywood Casino Jamul - San Diego opened its doors to the public on October 10, 2016. The casino includes a three-story gaming and entertainment facility of approximately 200,000 square feet, featuring over 1,700 slot machines, 40 live table games, multiple restaurants, bars and lounges and an enclosed below grade parking structure with approximately 1,800 spaces.
