Beth is President of Casino Careers, LLC. She has over 18 years of senior management experience in the gaming industry and has opened two casino-hotel resorts. She has held the positions of Executive Director of Marketing, Director of Human Resources, and Director of Casino Administration. She has a master's degree in Public Relations, a bachelor's degree in Communications, with minors in Journalism and Psychology. Beth is a graduate of the Babson College Human Resources Executive Program, as well as Ramada Management Institute's Hospitality Management Program. She also possesses certification in Employee Relations Law, from the Institute for Applied Management and Law.
Joe directs all Office Operations and Recruitment at Casino Careers, LLC. He oversees all aspects of the firm’s Talent Acquisition services related to the Job Board and Resume Database. He manages the Casino Careers staff who are responsible for maintaining client and job seeker databases and accounts. He works with Team Members to effectively utilize myriad resources to attract and identify new talent and works personally with the Employers who post jobs or subscribe as VIP Members. Joe possesses over ten (10) years of Hospitality Industry experience, including five (5) years in a management role with an Atlantic City Casino-Hotel Resort, two years as a Recruitment Manager and two years as a HR Specialist focused on gaming-hospitality recruitment. Joe majored in Communications from Richard Stockton State College and holds an Associate’s degree from Atlantic Cape Community College.
James oversees the marketing operations of casino careers through the implementation of marketing/promotional campaigns, identifying strategic business opportunities, establishing channels of information and communication with potential, current and past employers in the gaming-hospitality/technology industry and affiliated suppliers, vendors, tribal enterprises, and regulators. He maintains the corporate social media presence and is responsible for branding, advertising and working with the Graphic Designer to prepare for trade shows and the development of promotional collateral. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania with a focus on online marketing and has over 3 years of experience marketing through multiple social media platforms.
Dan heads the IT Department of Casino Careers, LLC and is responsible for all information systems and operations, including the servers, email systems, website and company hardware. He attended Rutgers Cook college before pursuing a career in information technology. Dan's goal is to grow the company's online presence and constantly improve all technical aspects of Casino Careers. With over five (5) years experience working in nearly every area of the information technology field from website maintenance and design to network and system administration, Dan possesses a broad understanding that allows him to handle all the needs of the company, job seekers and employers.
Danielle oversees the Career Communications & Marketing department at Casino Careers, LLC and specializes in identifying resources to publicize career opportunities, enabling qualified candidates to connect with Employers seeking their expertise. Danielle uses print, electronic correspondence and social networks to communicate career opportunities to job seekers. She is responsible for the development of alliances with educational institutions, professional associations/organizations and industry related trade shows. Danielle’s focus is HR metrics and analysis of client and company ROI. She possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Montclair State University and experience as a senior auditor at a public accounting firm in Livingston, NJ.
Remi is responsible for ensuring that all Casino Careers Clients are utilizing their recruitment accounts effectively and are satisfied with the caliber and number of applicants to their job postings, by personally communicating with them on a frequent basis. Remi enhances the Client experience by monitoring Employers' job postings and suggesting additional information to attract qualified candidates. She possesses extensive gaming-hospitality industry knowledge in both the front and back of the house due to her employment with Golden Nugget AC and Showboat. She also played a critical role in Guest Care at Revel Entertainment Casino Hotel. Remi holds an Associate’s Degree from Atlantic Cape Community College and attends Stockton University.
Megan is responsible for sourcing candidates for Casino Careers/Gaming Hospitality Executive Clients. She communicates with professionals on social networks and affiliate recruitment resources about career opportunities and refers applicants who possess the required skills, knowledge and experience to Employers. Megan's previous positions as an e-commerce, marketing events and New Jersey Public Interest Research Group (NJPIRG) Internet coordinator. Megan possesses a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers' Douglass College.
Mahmudul is the Graphic Designer at Casino Careers, LLC. He is responsible for directing and creating all designs related to marketing campaigns, social media, and print/online ads, as well as web design/development. Mahmudul brings nine (9) years of experience as an accomplished graphics designer and web developer specializing in front-end and back-end development in a variety of platforms, languages and embedded systems.
