Beth is President of Casino Careers, LLC. She has over 18 years of senior management experience in the gaming industry and has opened two casino-hotel resorts. She has held the positions of Executive Director of Marketing, Director of Human Resources, and Director of Casino Administration.
She has a master's degree in Public Relations, a bachelor's degree in Communications, with minors in Journalism and Psychology. Beth is a graduate of the Babson College Human Resources Executive Program, as well as Ramada Management Institute's Hospitality Management Program. She also possesses certification in Employee Relations Law, from the Institute for Applied Management and Law.
Margaret is the Vice President of Executive Search/Talent Acquisition for Casino Careers, LLC. She possesses over 25 years of HR senior management experience in the gaming-hospitality industry with multi-property Casino-Hotel Resorts in Atlantic City and New York. Her expertise is in all disciplines within human resources, including Recruitment, EEO, and Labor & Employee Relations.
Joe is Recruitment Manager of Casino Careers Online. He oversees all Job Board sourcing and works personally with the Employers who post jobs or subscribe as VIP Members. He possesses over ten (10) years of Hospitality Industry experience, including five (5) years in a management role with an Atlantic City Casino-Hotel Resort and two years as a HR Specialist focused on gaming-hospitality recruitment. He majored in Communications at Richard Stockton State College and holds an Associates degree from Atlantic Cape Community College.
Mark heads the IT Department of Casino Careers, LLC and is responsible for all information systems and operations, including the servers, email systems, website and company hardware. He attended Drexel University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science through their 5 year co-op program in the College of Engineering. Mark has 10 years of experience managing web sites and providing IT Tech support and has also served as an event coordinator for multiple national and international shows and events. Mark’s goal is to provide the most current technology to create a user friendly web site and ensure efficient customer service to all Casino Careers users (both employers and job seekers).
Jill Middleton heads the Marketing Department at Casino Careers where she creates marketing campaigns, oversees business development, and maintains the corporation’s social network web presence. Jill attended Cabrini College where she studied Graphic Design and Studio Art, where she was class president, a pierce scholar, and interned at a fortune 500 developing literature for new hires. Jill is a graduate of Rowan University and brings experience in Promotions & Design for a leading NJ mortgage company. |
