Oversees the daily Cage operations for an assigned shift, enforces accounting controls in order to safeguard the company's assets. Ensures compliance with Gaming Regulations including the Class III Compact, and Title 31. Monitors business demands and makes necessary scheduling and staffing adjustments. In charge of training employees, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with all departments. Handles employee related issues with composure and professionalism. Performs other related duties as assigned.
GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Associate's degree in Finance or Business is required, as well as a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of casino cage experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work exprience. Must also have a minimum of three (3) years casino cage supervisory experience. Must posses the ability to interact with guests, staff and other departments in a courteous, friendly and professional manner at all times. Must maintain visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time. Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Must posses the ability to perform complex analysis involving multiple variables and apply concepts as percent, fractions and ratios to generate practical solutions. Windows-based software proficiency preferred.
