Excellent interpersonal, guest service, leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills are required. Skill in math, accuracy and precision, interest in business, organized, willingness to follow recommended procedures, honesty, good written and communication skills, good people skills, and team player. Previous gaming, budgeting and management skills required. Must be at least 21 years of age.  A college degree in business or related field is required, unless otherwise waived by Executive Management of the Casino as based on determined experience and accomplishments (CPA a plus).
