Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, located in the beautiful Palm Springs Valley , is looking to hire a Surveillance Assistant Manager.  
The Assistant Manager of Surveillance is responsible for the Surveillance Department during their assigned shift. 

•      Coordinates activities of all staff.
  
  • Works closely with Compliance and Internal Audit Departments.
  • Recommends improvements on procedures throughout the casino.
  • Completes and reports disciplinary action of employees.
  • Directs special observations and reviews results.
  • Maintains storage of Surveillance data and archive materials to include digital retention.
  • Evaluates daily activities of Surveillance staff.
  • Maintains liaison with outside Surveillance staff.
  • Ensures the malfunction and access log is maintained.
• Trains staff for Surveillance and Supervisory duties.
  • Schedules staff according to the needs of the department
  • Ensures that staff understands and follows company policy and procedure.

• 5 years previous experience in Surveillance Supervisory role.
• Must have knowledge of surveillance equipment and function.
• Required to work various shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Multi-task and report writing a must.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening test and obtain a gaming license
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
