SUMMARY: Accommodate our premium guests through phone calls, direct mail and in person to book reservations and arrange other services that are required or requested in a prompt and courteous manner.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Must perform well in a fast paced environment that involves front-of –the-house & back-of-the-house roles. Must be willing to make judgment calls and work/think outside the box.
- Provide the guest with a positive experience to promote a return visit. Take ownership of the situation.
- Book reservations for all outlets as necessary.
- Meet telemarketing quota weekly.
- Be knowledgeable of property, product, promotions and events.
- Must demonstrate positive demeanor and willingness to develop rapport with patrons, coworkers and other departments.
- Must understand departmental revenue responsibilities and how complimentary decisions/offers affect profitability.
- Administrative and other duties as assigned by management.
- Provide positive communication and use Red Carpet Training skills with every patron and co-worker.
- Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.
- Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.
GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School or GED required; 6 months related experience with basic knowledge of computer systems are required to perform essential functions. Computer systems include but are not limited to Microsoft Office, Super Playmate, LMS, and Crystal Reports. Must possess general administrative skills including, but not limited to multi-tasking, use of phone system, typing, filing, understanding operational hierarchy. Must be multi-lingual to include Chinese and Vietnamese.
