Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the integrity of the table games operation. Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount. Responsible for compliance with all
Recommends and implements change to improve overall employee and guest satisfaction. Participates in the financial operating and capital planning processes and makes recommendations that achieve desired financial results. Establishes and endorses the business and service objectives, ethics and values of the Company in accordance with the Code of Commitment. Embraces, role models and implements all elements of our customer service program including Spotlight on Success and Buzz Sessions, and tier prioritized service. Recommends and implements change to improve overall employee and guest satisfaction. Establishes and endorses the business objectives, ethics and values of Harrah's Entertainment Inc. in accordance with the Code of Commitment. Will comply with all PGCB regulations, RAMP and all Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board Rules and regulations.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Table Games Department in accordance with federal, state, and local gaming regulations, as well as company policies, procedures and internal controls.
* Ensures that the highest level of guest service is achieved and maintained on a daily basis.
- Assists senior management in developing and implementing casino policies.
- Responsible for the supervision and management of the overall operation of casino table games.
* Coordinates casino operations with other departments to ensure total guest satisfaction and efficient operation.
* Establishes and maintains satisfactory public relations through direct or delegated contacts.
* Aligns department to provide differentiated service to Seven Stars and Diamond customers.
* Listens, evaluates, and responds to all guest complaints and inquiries and exercises good judgment in resolving same.
* Maintains current information on laws and regulations effecting the gaming operations.
* Responsible for analysis of gaming operation to ensure maximum profitability and efficiency.
* Deals with the difficult circumstances that arise on the gaming floor in a constructive and business-like manner, balancing the interest of the customer, employee and company.
* Endeavors to build new relationships and cultivate existing ones by positively, enthusiastically and regularly engaging with customers while they play.
* Provides an outstanding gaming experience/environment.
* Attends guest events; builds rapport with premium players and handles any customer concern that cannot be resolved by subordinate employees.
* Investigates reports of variances and takes appropriate action in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures, as necessary. Ensures regulatory compliance with all policies and procedures and monitors internal control environment of department.
* Maintains appropriate staffing levels by assisting in the selection process of new hires, training, scheduling, disciplining, rewarding, evaluating performance, and recommending promotions and terminations in a fair and equitable manner.
* Facilitates the flow of information throughout the department and property by attending regularly scheduled department meetings.
- Responsible for overall department budgets, profit and loss statements, cost analysis, labor analysis, planning and promotions.
- Familiarization with all Harrah's Brand programs and systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years experience. Gaming, managerial, organizational and administrative skills. Knowledge of laws and regulations affecting the casino industry. 10 Years experience in all areas of Hotel/Casino Operations including Gaming Operations, and Casino Marketing. Experience in the management of a large staff. Must pass SeniorLAP assessment.
Ability to understand and analyze Budget & P&L statements. Proven time management and critical thinking skills required. Must possess excellent employee relations skills.
Is able to work in smoke filled environment and able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to obtain a Key license through the state of

* Must be fluent and literate in English.
