Title *Controller - Gaming* Location: Red Wing, Minnesota 55066 United States

Description Manage and direct the cycle of accounting activities related to gaming operations, including video games, table games, bingo, pull-tabs, and vault, from original documentation through posting of entries to general ledger Perform analytical reviews of gaming operations and procedures, focusing on compliance with MICS and computations of theoretical and actual win Develop, direct and perform analyses of various promotions and gaming operations for the financial impact on the casino Act as a Finance liaison with gaming operations to ensure clear and effective communications Assist in monitoring gaming compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Informational Reporting to FINCen or IRS
Requirements GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED Four (4) year degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field required Three (3) years of accounting or internal audit experience working with MICS in a casino property required Three (3) years supervisory experience required Proven excellent communication and personnel skills including a good understanding of team member relations and gaming regulations required
