The Surveillance Supervisor is responsible for the successful operation of the surveillance operations in accordance with gaming regulations and internal controls. Monitors casino games, bank, cage, slots, count rooms and property overall. Reviews departmental needs for input into the budget and effective management of the department.
Develops staff, conducts interviews, hires, and evaluates all personnel in compliance with HR policies and procedures.
GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- Two to five years experience in security or surveillance of a high volume business.
- Four year degree in business or related field is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license
$35,000 - $38,000 DOE
