Description
The Compliance Manager assists in maintaining compliance with the governing laws and regulations of the business of the Hollywood Casino at PNRC. This role will provide guidance and advice on internal control and other regulatory issues to company management. The Compliance Manager performs periodic reviews of internal controls to determine accuracy and completeness and communicates anomalies or concerns to executive management. This leadership role provides encouragement, sets high expectations, and sets proud and positive examples necessary to ensure a fun, exciting and professional working environment for our staff and a pleasant and entertaining experience for our guests.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in business or liberal arts, or equivalent experience required. Two or more years experience in compliance or governmental affairs preferred. Casino or legal experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a fluent understanding and ability to communicate effectively in English.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Intermediate computer knowledge; MS Office
