Description
The Pueblo of San Felipe is seeking an Executive Director for the San Felipe Regulatory Gaming Commission. - The position reports to Gaming Commissioners and accomplishes Gaming Commission's objectives through planning, organizing, directing, and delegating functions required to regulate casino gaming operations.
- Ensures all gaming activities are conducted in accordance with the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, National Indian Gaming Commission, San Felipe Gaming Ordinance and Commission, and Tribal, state, and other applicable laws.
- Must have knowledge of applicable laws, regulations related to gaming operations, analytical and statistical compilation skills, budgets, organizational management, communications, and superior human relations skills as applicable to cultural diversity.

Requirements
GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
IS REQUIRED
Minimum Qualifications include: BSBA or Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field plus ten years of "Indian Gaming" or regulatory experience including a minimum of three years experience serving in a senior management capacity.

The San Felipe Regulatory Gaming Commission ensures San Felipe's Casino Hollywood’s gaming operations compliance with federal and tribal law, including internal control standards, conducting background investigations and approving/denying gaming licenses, and ensuring only approved games are offered to the public. The Gaming Commission serves to protect the San Felipe Pueblo’s assets and ensure honesty and integrity of the gaming operations.
