Position Description – Accounting Clerk
- FUNCTION
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for processing all Property accounts payable, including invoices and check requisitions, while maintaining the standards of the “See, Say, Smile” program.
- SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Prepares bills for payment, including gathering and coding support to proper accounts.
B. Performing data entry of invoices into accounts payable system and setting up items for specific check date disbursement
C. Printing of checks for vendors and providing checks for the proper signatures before they are released.
D. Keeping organized and accurate backup records in files for future reference and audit of information.
E. Other duties as assigned.

4. EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
A. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. A minimum of two years of accounting experience.
B. Valid gaming license.
