Responsible for managing the development, implementation and maintenance of standardized training processes and tools within the organization to include regulatory and legal training ( Title 31, ABC, Safety, Avoiding Harassment, etc); company initiatives in customer service, diversity and leadership development; internship programs, and identification of operational training. Also,, initiates, plans and organizes employee communications and events.

- Bi-lingual – Spanish (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED (required); A two or four year degree or equivalent technical school (preferred)
