Title *Compliance Administrator* Location: Niagara Falls, New York 14303 United States

Description Summary of Position: On an administrative level, assist Seneca Gaming Corporation’s Director of Compliance in establishing and maintaining compliance procedures for all properties in accordance with the Seneca Nation-NY State Gaming Compact (Gaming Compact), National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC), Seneca Nation Gaming Ordinance, as amended (Gaming Ordinance), as well as any applicable Class III tribal, state and federal laws and related regulations.
Requirements GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED Minimum Qualifications and Other Job Information: 1. High school diploma or its equivalency required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2. Recent experience as a regulatory inspector or auditor required. Minimum of two years such experience preferred. 3. Native Tribal Class III gaming experience preferred. 4. Knowledge and experience of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act compliance. 5. Knowledgeable of the Seneca Nation of Indians-State of New York Compact. Knowledge of the approved System of Internal Controls and MICS preferred. 6. Must have strong understanding of internal control objectives and operating procedures for all areas of a casino operation. 7. Must be able to function and act independently of all individuals responsible for the areas being monitored. 8. Must have proficient computer skills, including but not limited to Word and Excel. 9. Applicant must be able to substantiate a safe driving record within the parameters acceptable to our liability insurance carrier.
