Oversees all operating aspects of Little River Casino Resort, while maximizing profitability of gaming operations in accordance with company goals, objectives, policies and procedures. Assists in the development and executes short and long-range casino marketing plans and programs to ensure profit, growth and the expansion of Little River Casino Resort services. Ensure profitability, growth and longevity by establishing and overseeing a Management by Objective (MBO) program.
GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
At least 35 years of age
4-year degree in Casino Management or Business Administration plus 10 years Casino Management experience at the level of Director, Vice President, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager, or 15 years in Casino management with 10 years at high-level Executive Management experience (as indicated above)
Demonstrated record of success in developing and implementing strategic plans, increasing market share and building organizational infrastructure to support significant growth objectives
Good overall knowledge of regulatory requirements for casino operations
Understands the forces shaping the business environment and is able to develop and implement business solutions based on trends, opportunities, market needs, and technology direction
Must possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to apply conceptual thinking to understand and facilitate solutions to complex problems or issues, and be able to utilize constructive conflict to quickly facilitate the integration of diverse thoughts, opinions and perceptions.

Conditions of employment with Little River Casino Reosrt include passing a pre-employment drug test, a background investigation to secure a gaming license and successfully completing a three-month introductory period.
Native American Preference will apply in accordance with Tribal policies.
Employees must be able to work any shift, holidays, and weekends as scheduled.
