Responsible for the maintenance of Little River Casino Resort facilities and equipment.

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 21 years of age
• 4 yrs. Apprentice Program completed or Journeyman’s license and 4 years working experience
• Current State License/Certification or 8 years documented experience in one or more of the following trades:  Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Finish Carpentry or Millwright
• Valid Driver’s License and be insurable on Company’s Policy
• Experience operating a variety of motor vehicles, including both automatic and manual transmissions, diesel as well as gas enginesBasic computer skills
• Strong organizational skills

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Customer service, interpersonal and teamwork skills necessary to maintain quality service delivery
• Accurate and detail-oriented

• Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally throughout the day
