The person in this position is accountable for reviewing and reporting results based on customer returns and fulfillment activities, in regards to appearance, function, options, and general quality standards. Responsible for monitoring processes, developing improvements, and interfacing with functional departments to achieve customer satisfaction and to resolve issues through cooperative methods
Essential Duties AND Responsibilities:
• Evaluates and reviews completed games for proper configurations per sales order and jurisdictional requirements • Verifies proper game functions and software according to user requirements and guidelines • Ensures that inner and outer appearance of game devices is consistent with Company quality standards • Transfer games to appropriate location in MRP II (MAPICS) system after audit • Performs job functions at Bally and customer facilities as required
GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Training AND/OR Experience:
• Minimum of two years assembly experience of gaming devices • Six months previous quality experience within a manufacturing environment
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
• Knowledge of all current Bally Gaming product lines • Attention to detail • Ability to read and interpret sales orders and manufacturing work orders • Verbal communication skills • Exposure to electronic components and hand tools. Lifts 5 to 50 pounds on a regular basis • Ability to work standing at least 8 hours/day
Education:
• High school graduate or equivalent work experience
