Description
Summary Under the supervision of the Casino Shift Managers, the incumbent, either personally or through subordinates, implements policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient gaming operations within assigned pit in accordance with WV Lottery Commission’s procedures and internal controls of gaming enterprise. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Must adhere to Racing Corporation of WV Policies and Procedures.
- Directly supervises the operation, conduct and game security of a specified number of various types of table games.
- Ensures compliance with WV Lottery Commission regulations and the company’s objectives, procedures and internal controls.
- Coordinates supervisors’ and/or dealers’ schedules to ensure appropriate staffing within assigned pit or assigned games.
- Responsible for fills and credits required during the operation of supervised games.
- Issues complimentary as appropriate.
- Oversees Floor Supervisors and/or Dealers and carries out supervisory responsibilities; in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
- May train employees; plans and assigns work area; appraises performance; initiates employee commendations and discipline, addresses and resolves customer and/or employee concerns and complaints.
- Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
- Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned

Requirements
GAMING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
IS REQUIRED
Educational Experience Required: o High school diploma or GED required o Four (4) years full-time Floor Supervisory experience (including time as Assistant Floor) o Must have Supervisory experience in Novelty plus three (3) of the following games: Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Pai- Gow. o Must be able to obtain a WV State Key Gaming License. Computer Skills Basic computer skills Certificates, Licenses, Registrations WV Lottery License and Racing License
