Refund Policy - Terms and Conditions
If a customer purchases a Casino Careers, LLC service, we do not offer a cash refund or an exchange. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed documents and enhancements can be easily duplicated. Accordingly, it is our policy that once we have rendered a service to a customer, the sale is final, and the customer may not return the software for a refund or credit.
To ensure satisfaction with our services, customers are encouraged to check the system requirements and the user should have some knowledge using the required software before making the purchase. It helps to research our products' structure and evaluate one's skills in template and page layout editing. Further specifications and minimum requirements can be found on the FAQ Page.
However, we realize that extenuating circumstances may occur. Therefore, we (will) honor requests for (a) refund for the following reasons:
Non-delivery of the product / download issues: due to server issues the service has not been delivered.
Irreparable defects or grave difficulties with the product editing: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. A refund for this will require our IT Team's approval. Job Seekers who purchased the Enhanced Resume feature will receive one customer support consulting session to ensure that their resume is uploaded and formatted properly. Additional customer support following the initial upload will incur a $30 charge per consultation.
