What is a Casino Careers Enhanced Resume?
A Casino Careers Enhanced Resume is a way to customize your resume with colors, photos and modernized formats to stand out from the other job seekers. Your resume will also be bolded, highlighted and placed at the top of the Employer's Tracking Reports to make sure your resume is one of the first to be seen. You may also append a cover letter and email a nicely formatted resume using the “Send Resume” button.

How much does it cost?
A Casino Careers Enhanced Resume costs $105.00. The term of the service is 12 months from the time of payment.

Will Casino Careers Write The Resume For Me?
For an additional $200, we can personally assist you in rewriting your resume. Any additional changes will incur an additional charge. The finished resume is yours to keep. If purchased in conjunction with an Enhanced Resume, the price of the combined services is $275.

*How do I sign up for an enhanced resume?
To get started with the enhance resume order process, you must have a resume already in our database. If you do not have one posted yet, you can post your resume for free by going to this link http://casinocareers.com/signup/ .

Once you have posted your resume, proceed to the next step by going to the resume services page located here http://casinocareers.com/edit/enhanced-resume/cco-services.cfm

Upon payment completion, you will be sent to a page where you can either upload an existing resume in Microsoft Word 97-2007 file format or copy and paste your resume into the edit resume page located on the jobseeker menu page which utilizes a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor. What if my resume is not in a Microsoft Word format?
You can simply open your existing resume and then copy and paste it into the WYSIWYG editor on the “build your resume” page during the enhanced resume setup process. You also have the ability to choose from templates for your resume which can be found here

What if I wish to retain my resume in Confidential format while I am in the Enhanced Resume mode?
Simply click on "Resume Privacy Settings" in your resume Edit Menu and ensure that the "confidential" mode is selected. Ensure that you do not upload any identifying information into your enhanced resume (such as contact information, the names of your current and past employers, or any other information that will convey your identity).

What if I get a job shortly after I enhance my resume and delete it?
Once you delete your resume, your enhanced subscription is also deleted. If you re-post a resume with Casino Careers, you must re-subscribe for the enhancement.

How do I add a photo?
Add a photo of yourself to the resume before you upload it. Once uploaded it will be formatted in the same area you originally had placed it.

What will happen to my resume if I find a job within the 12 month subscription?
Your resume enhancement will be turned off but the subscription will not cease, in the event you become a job seeker again it will be turned on for the remainder of your subscription.

What will happen to my standard (free) resume after I purchase an enhanced 12 month subscription?
Your standard resume will not be removed from our system, it will be stored in our secure database for the 12 month duration of your enhanced resume subscription.

Can I get a refund if I don’t get a job?
Please refer to our Terms of Service.

What is the cost to continue service when the 12 months is over?
The cost to renew is $105.00 for an additional 12 months.

Will Casino Careers upload or format the resume for me?
Tech support is available to assist you with the initial upload or formatting of your resume/cover letter. Once your resume/cover letter is completed there is a $30 fee for additional support during your 12 month subscription.

What happens when my enhanced resume subscription expires?
If you have not elected to renew, your enhanced resume will revert to plain text and you will need to reformat it, to ensure that all spacing is correct.

If I uploaded my resume without a photo, how do I add it at a later time?
Copy your enhanced resume, insert the photo and use the upload feature to replace the old version. If you need assistance, please Click Here to contact us.

What if I delete my enhanced resume?
We do not retain copies of your resume. Once it is deleted, we cannot retrieve it. We suggest that you copy your resume and retain it in a personal file.
