Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
Click on the "Security" tab.
Click the "Custom Level" button.
Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.
To enable:
- Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable".
- Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable".
Click "OK".

Microsoft Internet Explorer 4

Select "Internet Options" from the View menu.
Click on the "Advanced" tab.
Scroll down to find "Cookies" within the "Security" section.
To enable:
- Select "Always accept cookies".
Click "OK".

Netscape Communicator 4

Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
Find the "Cookies" section in the "Advanced" category.
To enable:
- Select "Accept all cookies" (or "Enable all cookies").
Click "OK".

Opera

Go to the "Tools" menu
Select "Quick Preferences" and then check "Enable Cookies"

What is a Cookie?

A Cookie is:
A very small text file placed on your hard drive by a Website. It is essentially your identification card, and cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. It is uniquely yours and can only be read by the website that gave it to you.

A Cookie's Purpose is:
To tell the website that you are on who you are.

How a Cookie Helps You:
It saves you time. It allows the website your are on to remember you so that you do not have to verify yourself with each click of your mouse.

If you keep seeing one page of our web site and can't get past it, here are some likely explanations:

You are not accepting cookies. Make sure that your browser's preferences are set to accept cookies.
